Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions.


  • Provides HR consulting to the assigned departments/centres and administers the operations of the HRD related to The Salvation Army Human Resources programs, procedures, policies, employee benefits and labour agreements
  • Assists HRM in managing HR operations manpower cost budgets, bonus, performance appraisals, district business board matters etc
