• Supply Optimization of Products - · Ensure optimal flow of supply to local distribution centres based on forecast generated by the regional forecasting team. Responsibilities include analysis of monthly forecast to sieve out SKUs with high variances, cross-functional collaboration to ensure correct level of incoming stock (Demand Management, Forecasting and GDL), ensuring MRP settings are in line with seasonal variations (safety stock and SAP settings). Checking of demand plan variations and analysis of short-term demand swings to ensure the correct mix of inventory deployment.
• Weekly engagement with markets where discussions revolve around market requirements, demand changes, supply optimization opportunities, inventory optimization.
• Championed LCI initiatives for processes cantering around being responsive to market needs, yet at the same time meeting the company interests – novelty process improvements, exit assortment planning.
• Coordinated closely with operations teams to ensure seamless integration between project planning stages and actual implementation activities.
• Streamlined workflow processes, reducing redundancies and increasing overall efficiency in the planning department.

• Primarily responsible for Japan, Australia and New Zealand flow of goods – in-depth knowledge of each market’s unique characteristics, customer base to ensure optimal supply flow, and that LEGO remains a consumer driven company. This includes understanding market sales and channel strategy, forecast build-up, etc.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify supply chain bottlenecks and develop targeted improvement strategies - OCM/ AVF/ Quality Stoplist/ BICF/ Parameter Control

• Ownership of Asia stock-turns KPI – provide monthly transparency into YE projected stockturns and inventory levels to ensure the various LDCs around the region have a healthy inventory profile and that LEGO owned stock are at an optimal level. Primary responsibilities include presentation of YTD stockturns and YE projected stockturns, YE inventory flow target and inventory projections, as well as projected clearance and scrap values.
• Process owner of exit process in Asia – managing the portfolio of SKUs in LEGO’s portfolio which will be deleted from the active assortment – goal is to ensure minimal obsolete inventory.

Ownership of KPI matrix reporting through South East Asia, Taiwan and Hong Kong as well as global corporate reporting. Management of inventory through analysis and recommendations for improvement of DIOH, Inventory Turns and other measurements to achieve company targets and plans. Integration and value addition of data set from various sources to ensure meaningful standards for target audience

Managing of inventory through forecasting and determination of safety stocks. Coordination of the global finished goods inventory plan with the manufacturing plant, and co-ordinates the flow of information amongst Export, Customer Service, Marketing, Distribution, Suppliers and Manufacturing to ensure the best service with the least inventory.
