Procurement Officer
Participates in negotiations for the procurement of goods, services, and supplies of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Executes purchasing and other commodity management activities.

Manage facilities and general office needs for the office.
Welcome visitors and assist them in connecting with their hosts.
Act as concierge to coordinate and set-up meetings and events as requested, including catering, set-up, clean-up and coordination of all other logistics (AV needs, supplies).
Review on office and IT related contract on timely basic.
Ensure laptops, monitors, phones, Internet access and other devices are set up and activated for all employees at all times.
Payroll Officer
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
Ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Collaborate with operation team to gather and verify employee attendance data.
Calculate and process salary adjustments, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries through appropriate payment methods.
Generate payroll reports, summaries, and analyses for management review.
Receiving members/visitors and assisting with checking in
