• Manage recruitment process inclusive of scheduling, interviewing, cross-referencing to offer letters and on-boarding activities.
• Prepared internal memos and letters such as confirmation of employment, extension of probation, contract renewal, staff loan, promotion, increment and etc.
• Coordinate with HR Team in planning employees' bonding activities.
• Responsible and managing the HR filing in office and cloud storage.
• Liaise with nominated insurance Companies for insurance matters for new joiners, promoted, resigned and terminated employees.
• Provide assistance in registering training for employees' relating to their job with HRDF for development.
• Manage termination and resignation process, and conducting exit interviews.
• Plan and propose staff benefits, as well as gathering feedback and complaints from employees through e-office system for internal improvement.

• Responsible for audit planning, risk assessment, fieldwork and completion of all audit work through coordination of client deliverables.
• Review statutory financial statements in compliance with statutory reporting requirements.
• Review and analyse client's internal control over financial reporting and providing improvement points and potential solutions to management.
• Manage client relationships and coach supporting staffs during all phases of audit assignments.

• Analysed business operation processes and conduct relevant risk assessments through setting the Company's level of materiality.
• Draft audited accounts and review financial statements in accordance to the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards on Auditing and Singapore Companies Act.
• Identify issues found during auditing and communicate effectively by liaising with relevant engagement partner.
• Recognise issues by applying strong technical skills and determine if audit adjustments are required.
• Carried out physical stock count and physical sighting for fixed assets to ensure existence assertion.
• Provide guidance and directions to a team of interns during the course of audit fieldwork.
