• Manages the laboratory's daily operation, expansion, and growth plans with team of seven, providing services esoteric to assist doctors in their management of patients with Immunologic, Allergic and Rheumatologic conditions, based in a tertiary hospital with more than 1700 beds.
• Leads the team through audits and checks since taking over the managing role from 2008.
• Grew the lab to be the coordinating centre of the cluster for send-out tests to world-renowned reference lab, Mayo Clinic Laboratories in Rochester, Minnesota, USA.

Clinical Care

• Orchestrates the team's function in an efficient and productive manner, generating fast and accurate results to meet the fast turn-around times.
• Experienced working with pharmaceutical companies, charitable organization and research companies, meeting gaps in research and clinical settings.
• Experienced in growing the laboratory with evaluations and validations of different test markers.

Training / Teaching / Research

• Experienced working and hosting both local and foreign professionals to the laboratory to share and teach ideas and best practices, growing the laboratory to a reference laboratory.
• Intern from polytechnic, medical students from overseas also go through the laboratory, and benefited from understanding the work we do.
