  • NSA Business Capability: Co-create and refine NSAs' business model to strengthen its capabilities and commercial viability
  • NSA Governance: Provide consultancy services to NSAs on MYSP, Constitution, organisational development and sport delivery amongst others
  • NSA High Performance Planning: Establish joint planning effort and regular engagement with NSAs to develop and implement High Performance Plans for identified athletes to achieve sustainable success for Team Singapore
  • NSA Pathway Development: Establish joint planning effort with NSAs to develop effective pathway plans for athletes, coaches and officials

  • Responsible for all 26 NSAs' President and Secretary General's accreditation for the Games such as handling applications, verifying credentials, and ensuring that accredited individuals have appropriate access and privileges during the event
  • Supervisory role to volunteers reporting to the Sport Information Desk, central hub for providing information and assistance related to sports events during the Games. Involve training, scheduling, and providing support to these volunteers to ensure the smooth operation of the Sport Information Desk
  • Administratively supported in the Sport Policy and Operations Department with regards to handling matters related to annual leave for department staff, such as processing requests, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures

  • Organised sporting competitions open to both NTUC (National Trades Union Congress) members and the general public, providing them with opportunities to engage in various sports activities which included event planning, venue coordination, participant registration, logistics and operations and participant engagement during the event
  • Secretary to the NTUC Marching Contingent for the 2007 National Day Parade (NDP), ensured the smooth coordination and execution of the contingent's participation in the event. Responsibilities included: providing administrative support, primary point of contact for communication between the NTUC Marching Contingent and the NDP organizing committee, coordinating logistical arrangements for the contingent, including transportation, accommodation, rehearsal schedules, and uniform distribution and attending to the welfare needs of contingent members, including addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the course of rehearsals and the parade
