- Rig was 'Randolph Yost' in Jan 2013, Kim Heng was at that time the only 2nd tier yard after Keppel, Jurong, PPL to have berth a Jack up rig
- The subsequent berthing of rigs played a critical role in profile building which further accelerated groups listing in Singapore Board in Jan 2014
- The listing was under the catalyst board and not the main board
- Participated in various litigation involving disputes arising from charter parties and other binding contracts
- Have participated in dispute resolution in courts of Singapore, arbitration in Singapore, negotiations for out of court settlement, summary judgment, signing off affidavits
- All legal proceedings that I have been involved in whilst in the company were in conjunction with company appointed solicitors and lawyers
