Involvement in academic-related areas:

• English Language and Salt and Light Programme (Project Work/Service Learning) teacher
• Serves as the English Language coordinator to a team of experienced teachers, mentor to an untrained teacher and lead of a Professional Learning team, guiding fellow teachers in improving on their craft in teaching and learning

Involvement in co-curricular areas:

• Highly involved in the mentoring of students as a Form Teacher and Student Leadership teacher
• Overall in-charge of the Student Council, overseeing a team of 60 student councillors in running daily morning assemblies and other events for the school
• Overall in-charge of daily podium duties for morning assembly, in charge of coordinating school-wide announcements and movement of the whole school and liaising with other teams such as the school's Media Club and Discipline Committee teachers
• Oversees 5 student leadership boards, including the Student Council, House Council, Class leaders, CCA leaders and the Student Leadership Challenge (Secondary 1 Orientation planning) board
• Guides a team of teachers and various groups of student leaders to plan school events, including the school's Secondary 1 Orientation programme, Student Forum/Townhall sessions, Student Council & Student Leaders' Commendation Ceremonies and Teachers' Day Celebrations

Others:

• Part of the teacher's worship band and Student Council worship team, playing various instruments such as the guitar, cajon and piano for worship sessions in school
• Overall Stage Manager for the school's Speech & Prize-giving Day (2023-2024)
• Works with external stakeholders, e.g. People's Association/Ulu Pandan Youth Network to plan service learning projects such as the annual National Day Carnival at Ghim Moh estate, National Youth Achievement Awards secretariat, Singapore Kindness Movement (Friend of SINGA kindness projects), Heartware Network (We Love our Teachers' Project) & leadership training vendors

• Taught English Language, History, Language Arts (Literature and Drama) and Applied Learning (Communication Skills) at the Secondary Level

• Teacher in-charge, Chiang Mai overseas learning trip (2017: 2nd I/C & 2018: 1st I/C), liaising with different vendors and overseas partner schools to plan meaningful activities for students
