• Operations Support Lead for the state-of-the-art Network Infrastructure supporting the Public Health Systems (National Hospitals and affiliated Clinics) like National Univeristy Hospital Systems (NUHS) and its affiliated Hospitals and Clinics in the region.

Provided operations support resolving complex troubles in the Network Infrastructure of Schroders Investment Management in APAC Region which included support of Network Infrastructure in major/Business critical locations like Singapore and Sydney.

Provided L3 Operations Support for Citibank's Global Network Infrastucture across the 3 Major Regions (APAC, Europe and Americas). Resolved major troubles in the Network Infrastructure reducing downtime for Business Critical Applications by 60-80%.

During this period from 2001 to 2010, I worked in few Enterprises beginning my career at Azimuth Software Systems, India as a System Admin in 2001 after completing my Engineering Degree in 2000. The remarkable amongst them was my stint at Accenture, India between 2004 to 2006 as LAN/WAN Analyst and as Hosting Operations Engineer - L1 at AT&T, Singapore between 2006 to 2008.

My Role in all of these Roles was to support the Network Infrastructure of the Enterprises except at Azimuth Software Systems, India.
