• Engaged in professional networking to maintain strong relationships with communications and media professionals e.g. The Business Times to drive partnerships and effective dissemination of mass communications.
• Prepared or edited the organization's publications such as internal newsletters or annual reports for internal and external audiences.

• Took meeting minutes, prepared meeting rooms and compiled paperwork.
• Reviewed, drafted and revised agreements and contracts, and performed legal and general research.

• Answered inbound customer service calls to assist with COVID-19-related questions, concerns or problems.
