Founded a initiative that partnered with local orphanages to promote a healthier quality of life through sports and education. As the founder and president I oversaw a team of directors in all aspects of logistics, events, marketing and treasury. The initiative raised funds through sponsorships, to hold workshops and donate equipment to financially struggling orphanages. Gained experience in entrepreneurship, problem solving, leadership, team management, networking and more.

The helping hands project was a program that partnered with Yayasan Helping Hands to bring deaf-mute school children from schools for the disabled on a 5 day Outward Bound Indonesia (OBI) experience. As logistics director, I planned both introductory events as well as worked closely with the OBI program directors on adapting the program to the needs of the deaf-mute students. Polished skills in leadership, project management, critical thinking, communication and adaptability.

Traveled Internationally to the humanitarian affairs peace summit held in the United Nations Conference center in Bangkok. Network with enterprising young leaders across the globe who started their own initiatives and businesses at a young age.

Worked closely with both coaches and the sports director to operate the CCA. Responsibilities included: establishing CCA training program, planning for hosted tournaments, competitive team management, recreational CCA management. Worked in a team setting providing support and guidance as a leader, while also actively participating in completion. Awarded school colors for contributions to CCA.
