Founded a initiative that partnered with local orphanages to promote a healthier quality of life through sports and education. As the founder and president I oversaw a team of directors in all aspects of logistics, events, marketing and treasury. The initiative raised funds through sponsorships, to hold workshops and donate equipment to financially struggling orphanages. The helping hands project was a program that partnered with Yayasan Helping Hands to bring deaf-mute school children from schools for the disabled on a 5 day Outward Bound Indonesia (OBI) experience. As logistics director, I planned both introductory events as well as worked closely with the OBI program directors on adapting the program to the needs of the deaf-mute students. Polished skills in leadership, project management, critical thinking, communication and adaptability.
