Right after completing National Service, was torn between continuing F&B or transitioning to a totally different industry. I've decided to give F&B another try but this time in the baking and pastry side.
After experiencing what kitchen life was like during internship, I discovered that was not what I truly enjoy doing. Along the way on my baking career, I have learnt to enjoy the process, taking ownership and pride each and every step of the way to achieve that self satisfaction that I could never explain it. Entering the baking industry with zero knowledge and experience, i am truly blessed to have passionate mentors and bosses that were always so patient when coaching me. Constantly pushing myself and demanding improvement, i've learnt to be a self-directed learner, always trying my best to ask questions that could further my understanding.

- even though badminton is not a team based sport, everyone would have their own responsibilities to train hard and work towards our common goal. That's when i truly discovered how teamwork starts from any individual themselves.
