  • Once survey has been set up and completed, provide a quote to RMC and wait for the feedback if the move has been awarded or lost
  • If awarded, arrange packing date and provide all the documents requirements from both origin and destination country
  • After the packing, proactively send email to check on how's the packing and ask if there will be further assistance needed

  • Receive both IGP referral and detailed link for RMC (BGRS), logged into the tracker and proceed with the move process
  • Send email to assignee for the convenient time to speak and make sure to have yourself available when assignee requested for time
  • Be flexible according to their suggested timing, adjust your calendar if necessary
  • During the call make sure to discuss all the vital / crucial information pertaining his / her move, make sure to put everything in writing as well
  • Contact the origin agent and check on the pre move survey as requested by Assignee
  • After the survey, update the Detailed link with the results and inform the BGRS consultant as well - if the survey is within or over the allowance
  • Confirm the packing date and provide the assignee with the details before packing commence, make sure origin documents are complete as well as the destination requirements
  • After the packing, make sure to check on the Assignee if origin partner provided the excellent job on the whole packing process
  • Share the sailing and flight details on a timely manner as well as the advise if there will be further delay on the shipment
