- Leading and supervising the work of maintenance personnel

- Run equipment criticality assessment as basis to set out a maintenance strategy

- Setup/Maintain RM/PM SOPs and (Photo-Guided ) Work Instructions (WIs)

- Strictly adhere to GMP /Food Safety /Workplace Safety Policies.

- Implement effective control system to enure production equipment are in good repair

- Provides porper hand tools /equipment/PPE to E&M personnel

- Supervising sub-contractors / third party contractors

- Liaise and deal with requests from all other departments within organization for minor repairs

- Maintain a preventive maintenance program for all production equipment and plant facilities

- Assist in enforcing the safety program for the maintenance team to uphold standard of safety for all direct reports

- Participate in reviewing incident / accident report and implements corrective measures to improve safety

- Ensure compliance to standard operating procedure and workplace safety and health practices

- Undertake any other duties as assigned by Superiors from time to time

- Perform Preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance of plant equipments and machines

- Performing regular inspections of equipment and scheduling maintenance or repairs.

- Understanding and carrying out all tasks given by the Senior Engineer.

- Collaborating with other engineers and workers to design, develop, test, and improve products and engineering processes.

- Providing assistance to different staff or engineering teams.

- Calibrating and troubleshooting equipment as required.

- Inspect air conditioners of buses (SBS Buses).

- Install and replace new or recondition parts.

- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of bus air conditioners.

- Check and replace air conditioner parts such as compressors, blower motors, condenser fans, dryers, pressure hoses and etc….according to due date of materials.

- Perform troubleshooting on electrical and mechanical systems.

- Liaise with contractors to claim warranty parts are damaged.

- Report daily activities and jobs done of breakdown buses to manager.

- Perform repair, maintenance and troubleshooting works on air-conditioning.

- Solve the wiring problems of air-conditioning according to electrical diagram.

- Familiar with general bus air conditioners.
