- Data entry of new cases on Investigation Paper Management System

-To maintain the KIV file for the officers

-Receiving and filter in-coming facsimile, emails and mails
-Faxing out the correspondence to the parties concerned
-To submit various statistics returns to the Head Quarter monthly
-Opened, stamped & sorted the mail, ensuring proper distribution
