I am a Registered Architect in Singapore with extensive experience in both architectural design and construction, I believe I am well-suited for this role with a valid working visa in Australia (Permanent Resident). I have worked on a diverse range of projects, including mixed-use developments, integrated resorts, and large-scale critical infrastructure such as MRT stations. My expertise covers all stages of project development, from inception and execution planning to the project’s opening. With a background in both consultancy and construction, I have developed strong skills in program management, design management, and project management. My experience includes: 1. Leading teams of multi-disciplinary international consultants and contractors for design and project delivery. 3. In my role as a Client Representative (Project Manager), I have been involved in design management, change request control, and ensuring comprehensive documentation for tender packages. My responsibilities have also included tender evaluation, value engineering, shop drawing review and approval, site inspection, quality control, and ensuring that contractor’s works meet project milestones with specified quality.
