· To supervise and participates in nursing procedure and treatments to the highest standards in accordance with standard of practice.
· Ensure accurate nursing records are maintained and comprehensive nursing reports are given and received.

· Documentation and record keeping as per JCI standard Assist in writing standard work instructions (SWI) specific to renal Centre to make sure all healthcare professionals are adhere to same recommended practices and assist in revising SWI as needed.
· Over all in charge of the shift to oversee all the duties during the shift and assist the colleagues accordingly
· POCT trainer to train and assess nurses on blood sugar monitoring and audit other wards to ensure the standard practices are followed.
· Infection control link nurse of the unit to ensure all healthcare workers are complaint to the recommended practices to prevent and control any infection and conduct training and assessment periodically, attend monthly infection control meeting and update the staffs, audit other wards to ensure the standards are maintained
· In charge of the staff training : organize in-service education weekly by doctors, nurses, venders, and other special departments , update and maintain the training records, conduct training and competency assessment for staffs annually as per hospital recommendation
· Precept new nurses and guide the junior nurses
