• Automation of the Technical Department. Selection of supplier (ABS) and ERP implementation (Maintenance & Purchase modules followed by Crew and On Demand modules). Manage a team of 10 including consultants.
• Selection of Citrix Technology in order to access the server from another country.
• Improvement of the Account Department using some ERP systems. Created interface to link the Maintenance & Purchase software to the Account software (MYOB) in order to improve the data collection (speed and accuracy).
• To upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics AX. Managed 10 staffs for the selection and implementation.
• Manage the development of the Operation Department with new technologies. Equipped our fleet with fleet broadband and customized voyage tracker software. Created an interface that automatically sends the data from the vessels to a server. Consequences: better and faster analysis. Improve cycle time and decisions.
• Fuel consumption project using an ERP. Goal: reduce fuel consumption, optimize consumption accuracy, save money (USD 1k every 5days per unit on average).

In charge of the stock management and the planning for the storage area. Participation in the development of a software for the stock management and the maintenance for the creation of a new underground line.
