Joined as warehouse asst and was promoted to Team Leader leading a team of warehouse personnel & provide supervision support to Supervisor. Promoted from Team Lead to CS Executive.

• Responsible in resolving customer supply issues.
• Maintain inventory accuracy.
• Manage daily operational issues and a team of warehouseman/store assistances.
• Documentation preparation (DG cargo, Freight insurance).
• Provide assistance to various departments
• Co-ordination of stuffing & Un-stuffing of outbound and inbound cargo

• Ensure order is correctly process and well packed to achieve customer satisfaction
