The Training and Attachment Programme (TAP) is an initiative by Economic Development Board (EDB) to help to build up capabilities in new technology areas for manufacturing and internationally traded services sectors. EDB, in conjunction with Delco Delphi Electronics Automotive Systems to focus on developing Delco’s Intellectual Property in Automotive Electronics System (Mobile Multi-Media).
