Hi i'm Ben. I come from Taiwan and now is 28. I have been working at F&B for 2 years. now i'm working at Minibar by A Beautiful Day as a head bartender.
Except for the basic knowledge of serving i know how to take good care of customers. As a head bartender i do have some experience on management. For R&D experience i have creations on cocktails, mock-tails and coffee-tea. I also engaged on opening a new outlet once and renewed menu several times. So base on these experience i think can help me fit in this job well and faster!
