• Business Partner for Oakwood Studios Singapore and Ascott Raffles Place Singapore
• Review financial statements and schedules across all functions
• Oversee budgeting process and provide insights on resource allocation to maximise profitability margin
• Assist with External Audit and tax preparation / queries
• Assist with Chart of Accounts enhancements to ensure compliance with industry standards

Finance

• Pre-opening Team for Oakwood Studios Singapore
• Set up data in SAP accounting system
• Handle full spectrum of Finance, including AR, AP & GL Functions
• Prepare GST Schedules
• Spearhead annual budget process, ensuring alignment with goals and provide insights on resource allocation to maximise profitability
• Assist with External audit and tax queries

Procurement

• Source for prospective suppliers and obtain three quotations for comparison
• Decide on the supplier to supply goods to the serviced apartment

Human Resources

• Assist with administrative duties, including drafting of appointment letters, contact interviewees for interviews, conducting exit interviews for resigned employees
• Assist to prepare payroll in absence of Human Resource headcount

Others

• Assist with Operations, including performing housekeeping & F&B duties.

Oversee AR, AP and GL Functions

• Maintain Shareholder Register for 25 Listed Companies and REITs
• Assist with General Meetings & Share Issuance Matters
• Assist with Initial Public Offerings for Listed Companies and REITs
