I am a high-energy Business Studies student who thrives where people, pressure, and execution collide. My background is built on real, on-the-ground event coordination, from leading weekly youth programmes of 40 students to facilitating large-scale engagements exceeding 200 participants and supporting multi-day open house events serving thousands daily. I have managed budgets, coordinated manpower, designed programme flow, handled logistics, and kept operations tight even when timelines were tighter.
Leadership for me is not theory, it is action. As a youth leader, Cross Trainer, Staff Sergeant in the Boys’ Brigade, and active volunteer with Youth Corps Singapore and the Singapore Red Cross, I have learned how to steady a team, energise a crowd, and deliver structure in dynamic environments. I am deeply people-driven, relentlessly proactive, and always looking for ways to create impact that is felt, not just planned.
I am now seeking the opportunity to bring that same discipline, creativity, and execution-focused mindset into a professional event environment where I can contribute meaningfully while sharpening my craft.
My accomplishments are rooted in execution, scale, and consistency. I have organised and facilitated events ranging from weekly youth programmes of 40 participants to large-scale engagements exceeding 800 participants, including designing and running games for camps and youth ministries, executing Racial Harmony Day booths for an entire school cohort within a controlled budget, and supporting multi-day open house events that served thousands daily.
I have been promoted to Staff Sergeant in the Boys’ Brigade, entrusted with leadership responsibilities that demanded discipline, accountability, and composure under pressure. As a two-year Youth Leader handling a Primary 5–6 class of around 40 students weekly, I developed structured programmes in collaboration with teachers while sustaining engagement and classroom control.
Academically, I was awarded the 2023 Whitley Star Award and the Edusave Certificate of Academic Achievement (2024), and I am a two-time Bronze recipient of the Queen’s Commonwealth Essay Competition (2023, 2024). I have also completed the LUMA Design Thinking certification (2025), strengthening my ability to approach challenges with structured creativity and innovation.
Across school, community, and volunteer initiatives, my consistent accomplishment has been this: I bring unrelenting creativity and passion wherever I am
I hold a CPR-AED Certification (2023), equipping me with emergency response skills and readiness to act in high-pressure situations. I have also completed the LUMA Design Thinking Certificate (2025), strengthening my structured problem-solving and innovation capabilities.
Additionally, I completed the Certificate for Life Skills – Interview Programme (Mastereign Enrichment Group, 16 May 2024). I am also a two-time Bronze recipient of the Queen’s Commonwealth Essay Competition (2023, 2024), and was awarded the Edusave Certificate of Academic Achievement (2024) and the Whitley Star Award (2023).
