1. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT:
• Responsible for all the new and existing products, which involves testing and evaluating the
products, and making improvements to optimize product performance and reliability.
• Ensuring the quality of the product by testing and developing its features according to the Six
Sigma approach. Communicating with the manufacturer to develop the product according to the
customer's specifications.

Creating a Pre-Analytics report to check product performance. Testing hardware and
software with user scenarios helps to ensure product functionality. Product performance can be
monitored in real-time to detect any potential problems as soon as possible. After the product is
released, a detailed post-analysis report will be created to identify any hardware or software
defects and to confirm that the product has met relevant certification requirements.
• Product Analytics: Product Analytics will be conducted to track and analyze user engagement
data and to use the data to optimize product features.

2. PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
• Strategic Planning of the project flow to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within
budget. Track the project's progress, monitor potential risks, and make necessary adjustments.
Establishing a weekly meeting with the customer to ensure that their expectations are being
met.
• Resource Planning will be done by obtaining the necessary manpower from the Installation
team and arranging for the buses required to test the product before the project commences.
• Conducting strategic reviews to examine our processes and procedures, analyzing our
performance, and utilizing Kaizen techniques to identify areas of improvement within a process
in order to provide the most effective service to our customers.
• As a Risk Assessment Manager, conducting safety training primarily for safety supervisors and
installation team leads. Conducting an on-site safety inspection by selected supervisors every
month in addition to a daily safety toolbox meeting.
• Training for the Users: Educating the bus captains regarding the purpose and usage of the
safety system and how they work to guarantee our safety, as well as training them on how to
use the system.
3. TECHNICAL SUPPORT & QUALITY ASSURANCE:
• Managing the installation team resources, as well as providing technical assistance and support
on the first prototype model installation workflow.
• Quality check and control procedures were implemented for the first 10 vehicle installations of
the project.

PROJECT OBJECTIVE: To improve driving security, the system is equipped with Vehicle Parking
Assistant, a wide view reverse camera with a guideline, a top view of commuters, a wider angle
of view based on signalling, a high-resolution image in dim light conditions, a very clear 3D view.
CUSTOMERS: Public Transport Buses – SBS Transit Ltd and Tower Transit.

PROJECT OBJECTIVE: To help drivers with Enhanced safe driving every day, providing safety in
road traffic and improving driver confidence, Making the blind spot visible to the driver, and
Better visibility during rain and at night.

I worked as a Senior Technical Engineer in the Information and Technology Department from
2019-2021. Responsible for managing IT operations and providing technical assistance to users for the
projects listed below.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Testing the new firmware for the product according to the customer’s requirements and
ensuring that the product functions according to the customer’s specifications.
• Performing a Requirement Analysis along with the Security Planning of the product based on the
customer's requirements.
• Provided technical solutions to customers that met their needs, assisting with troubleshooting
and resolving technical issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Supported and resolved technical issues flagged by the Internal departments (Command Centre
(CC) team, the Project Engineering team, and Value Adding (VA) team) and the customers.
Documented the solution so that any command centre department could easily access and use
it to resolve future issues.

PROJECT 3: AUTOMATIC PASSENGER COUNTER
PROJECT OBJECTIVE: This system collects real-time data on the number of passengers entering and
exiting the vehicle, while also providing a comprehensive overview of all trips taken throughout the
day. 8 BUS ROUTE (Sembawang, Yishun, Canberra, Woodland, Woodland Lunch Service, Yishun
Lunch Service, Downtown East, Mandai Zoo).

As a Maintenance Supervisor, monitored all maintenance operations for the project, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget, and ensuring that all safety regulations are followed. Provided technical and administrative support to the maintenance team. Developed and implemented maintenance strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Maintained records of all maintenance activities. Ensured all tasks were completed in a timely manner and in compliance with safety regulations. Developed and implemented team-building initiatives to improve interdepartmental collaboration.

• Managing and scheduling the work plan for the overall maintenance of Singapore Mass Rapid
Transit (SMRT)-Buses.

• Worked along with TNTS Information and Technology Department (IT&D), and the supplier or
manufacturer's Research & Development (R&D) to enhance and develop products to value-add
customer requirements besides fulfilling their future needs that the industry requires.
• Work with my team members to brainstorm and discuss resources and timelines necessary to
meet customer expectations. Applying Kaizen techniques to the maintenance flow and
automation of reporting methods to the customer.
• Provided training to trainers: Identify the quality engineer, and train them to become leaders in
the installation and maintenance of the project.
