Job overview

  • End to end expertise in UiPath Infrastructure, Functional and Reporting aspects of the system.
  • Led the five member team from India and US on the Upgrade of UiPath Orchestrator and Robots in the Attended Environment from 2021.10 to 2022.4.5 version in 2023 February that included 6 Production and 6 BCP servers each, right from the runbook creation in the Cutover tool until the Business Testing Sign Off.
  • Led the four member team on BCP Exercise of UiPath/BluePrism environments in 2023 that ranges from planning, documentation, execution and testing of the Platform in a short span.
  • Works along with the Enterprise Database Team on the Purging Activity of UiPath Database for all the Production Platforms like Attended and UnAttended.
  • Worked on setting up of 12 L1 Federated Support Team for Business Specific Automations, where the Monitoring and Metrics of Automations can be handled by the L1 Team itself. I created the documentation for setting up the Roles in UiPath, Access in Service Now, VMWare for VDIs, Reports in Tableau and Elastisearch. These 12 Federated Support Teams works under the One Umbrella of Bigger Arcs.
  • Worked with UiPath vendor on a Production Bug and Implemented an in-house Powershell Script as a workaround while the Vendor comes up with permanent solution.
  • With my extensive knowledge in the UiPath Database, I created Dashboard for the Business Level Metrics, Support Level D2d Monitoring, Exception Handling using PowerBi Platform. Recognized with Spotlight Award for saving cost on usage of PowerBi Dashboard instead of Enterprise Tool with whopping License Cost.
  • Worked along with the Enterprise Monitoring Team on setting up Infrastructure monitoring using Splunk, AppDynamics and Grafana.
  • Worked with the Vulnerability Management Team on remediating the threats on the Production and BCP servers that ranges around 80-100.
  • Worked with the DevOps Team on migrating the UiPath Automation Deployment through Ci/CD Pipelines Integration with Service Now and Helms Chart.
  • Worked on Onboarding the UiPath AiCenter Onboarding through Kubernetes with the DevOps Team.
  • Documented and Maintained Knowledge repository with version control, Navigations, Validation and Expiration in Confluence, ServiceNow Knowledge Base and Sharepoint 2023.
  • Made the best use of Cutover Tool during the documentation and execution of Upgrade, BCP Exercise with precise time management, resourcing, planning and reporting.
  • Worked with the developers on migration of BluePrism to UiPath Automations in 2022 and Migration of Automations from Classic folders to the Modern Folders before the upgrade of UiPath.
  • Nominated for a Patent on submission of my Idea on Ai/ML in Banking.
  • Submitted a Whitepaper on SRE on PostMortem techniques with my extensive experience in ITIL and SRE.
