3Si Provides Security, Solutions, Integration and Program management service for to help customers establish Security standards, implement global project controls and plans, generate construction drawings, install, configure, and commission systems

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing 2 x Project managers, 3 Project Engineers and Technicians within the remit of the post including providing direction, support and advice to ensure efficient and effective delivery of the project management function
• Assists in business development efforts to create project proposals, RFPs, estimates, and schedules
• Playing an active role in development of the Projects Portfolio
• Communicates routinely to management, project team members, and other stakeholders, actively soliciting and addressing customer and project team feedback
• Involve in Full project life cycle ownership: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Control and Closure
• Provide on-site leadership for project team by motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
• Develop project control and reporting procedures and manage changes in operational plan
• Manage day-to-day operations of the project team, plan and deploy available resources effectively to ensure the projects are running smoothly on time
• Weekly/Bi-weekly review and monitor progress against the project plan to ensure outputs are delivered to time and quality specifications
• Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues

• Responsible for Installation, testing and commissioning of Security systems (Card Access), Intercom, CCTV surveillance systems, Key Management and Visitor Management System.
• Developed and initiated projects, managed costs, and monitored performance.
• Led a team of 2 Engineers and 3 supervisors with a total manpower of 10 on project execution as per contract deliverables
• Managed day-to-day operations of project team, plan and deploy available resources effectively to ensure projects are running smoothly on time
• Performed configuration management by effectively leading co-ordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders to plan engineering drawing releases, technical queries (RFI) and drive on-time project delivery schedules
• Orchestrated projects within strict timeframes and budget constraints by solving complex problems and working closely with senior leaders.
• Point of liaison for both hardware and software queries with the client to understand their requirements and design the systems accordingly
• Actively conducted weekly meetings to review the progress status and update the management on the improvement
• Prepared the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test) & UAT (User Acceptance Test) reports and user manuals during the project handover phase as per customer requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for completion of 3 Airfield Lighting Control substations (AFLCC) for the Changi East Runway 3 development project in compliance with the relevant statutory requirements
• Technical system in-charge for the Mechanical and Electrical systems (Generator, Security Management System, Building Management and Airport runway CCTV systems)
• Attended project planning meetings to coordinate mechanical system designs with structural and architecture teams, mitigate design conflicts, and coordinate delivery timelines.
• Conducted Testing and commissioning with Clients (CAG- E&D) for the runway lighting control critical systems
• Provided technical guidance, peer review and mentorship to junior engineers engaged in building system designs.
• Conducted training to system stakeholders and facilities maintenance team on the familiarization
• Responsible to establish operations and maintenance procedures for the assets based on the OEM and Client (Changi Airport) requirements
• Led the maintenance team to conduct preventive maintenance and standby to response ad-hoc situations

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handled various New Product Development (NPD), Rapid response and Sustaining projects concurrently
• Actively managed the Project schedule, Detailed design, Product development, System integration, Failure analysis and Knowledge transfer
• Parallel role of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) engineer;
• Monitoring planned maintenance activities are performed correctly, timely and in an efficient manner (Maximo) to monitor MTBRO, MTBF
• Establish maintenance bulletins and technical alerts addressing frequent and significant maintenance issues in field as preventive and corrective maintenance actions
• Evaluating repair costs and trends and maintaining equipment repair records and logs
• Completed an Innovation project to perform a feasibility study on the use of Gas turbines over diesel engines to design a portable hydraulic oil well fracturing unit for oil well completion
• Developed a new customer base by interacting with manufacturers like Rolls Royce, Pratt & Whitney, Honeywell, Solar Turbines, Allen Gears, and Artec Machines on their product feasibility for utilization
• Designed a new baseline oil well fracturing equipment by synchronizing the proposed powertrain (Gas turbines) as per IMO standards (ABS/DNV) for the offshore market.
