- -Lead in the planning and project management of new or existing Packet Core Network, including, capacity planning, service rollout and service performance improvement.
- -Carry out capacity planning and software upgrade/patches to ensure the high availability and reliability of the Packet Core Network.
- -Handle the IP infrastructure within the packet core network (Routers, Switches, Firewall).
- -Formulate test instructions for certification (i.e. acceptance testing), creating Method of Procedures whenever tasks are to be executed.
- -Ensure proper integration and testing of all hardware and software components.
- -Prepare various technical documents like the technical specifications (for tenders), system design documents, various test plans (user acceptance, regression test, etc.) and test reports.
- -Participate in acceptance tests like UAT and ensuring that the deliverables meet tender specifications.
- -Main Contact point by MVNO and MVNE team on the technical part. This includes information gathering, integration with new platform followed by MOP preparation in testbed and production environment together with testing and bring into service. Supporting an issue and troubleshooting is part of the job scope. Successful case is bring into service for Liberty Wireless and Pareetum 5G to the M1 5G Network.
- -Evaluate MOP and manage software upgrade for all the 4G and 5GC network elements in testbed and production environments. This is includes patch upgrade for post health check on the Packet Core Network domain.
- -Performing DRA and Internet DNS migration on the Packet Core Network without vendor support. This is includes MOP and script preparation till implementation.
- -Managing Optical Distribution Frame (ODF) port assignment pertaining to the Packet Core Network domains.
- -Enterprise/Private APN rollout in the 4G and 5G Network. This is includes MOP/Script preparation till implementation into production environment.
- -Supporting Inbound Roaming launching from Packet Core Network domain perspective. This is included LTE and VoLTE services.
