· Assistant CPO Group Leader (GL): Managed shift work plans and team rosters in GL’s absence.

· Maintain rapport and close partnerships: Responsible for maintaining rapport and managing neighbourhood cases within allocated precincts. It also includes internal and external partners such as manage stakeholders from supermarkets, shopping malls, places of worship, and

prevention and innovation movements.

· Community Engagement: Execute strategies to deepen the collaboration with grassroots and residents. The strategy lead to greater involvement of public-assisted arrests and reduction in crimes.

· Conduct Interactive Patrols: Project presence, collect data, and interact with the community to

forge trust, and recruit them into SPF’s existing pool of community partners.

Assistance Officer In-Charge, General Store Officer, PCG

• Served as Procurement Officer for a PCG sub-unit, managing end-to-end procurement processes including invoice processing, Purchase Orders (PO), Invitations to Quote (ITQ) and tender submissions in compliance with government procurement policies and procedures.
• Managed the inventory and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), uniforms, accoutrements, consumables, and miscellaneous items, ensuring optimal stock levels to support approximately 1,300 uniformed officers and civilian staff.
• Administered the Integrated Logistics Management System (iLMS) - SAP system to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure accountability of all logistical assets.
• Oversaw operations of the Case Property Store, utilizing SPF system to track, safeguard, and manage case properties; coordinated with Investigation Officers to ensure timely return to rightful owners or disposal in accordance with Court Disposal Orders.
