1. Certified Halal Executive under HPB JAKIM.
2. Competent Person for Industrial Effluent Treatment System for Biological Process.
3. Attended all latest Food Safety and Quality Standard’s Awareness and Internal Auditing Training such as FSSC 22000 Version 5.1, ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, PCQI, GMP, GMP+ (Feed Safety Management), Halal standards, Train the Trainer program etc.

4. Managing the Food Safety and Quality system in the plant.
5. Monitoring HACCP activity in place. Involved in government related activity such as new and latest import export activity from different countries requirements. Closely work together with MOH Putrajaya, JAKIM, JAIS and other government bodies for better performance on the food safety and quality aspects.
6. Act as certified Halal Executive that helps in all company matter related to Halal and any emerging issues related to Halal.
7. Act as one of the key persons to conduct risk assessment related to all new emerging contaminants such as the PFAS, phthalates, ethylene oxide etc.
8. Conduct training to all shopfloors on the food safety and quality aspects.
9. Act as one of the key contact persons for all certification bodies audits such as from LRQA, customers’ audit such as SQMS (Mc Donald’s), YUM! Brand, Ferrero, Friesland Campina, Mondelez, Nestle etc, and regulatory audits such as from MOH, JAKIM, DOA, MPOB etc.
10. Supported customer complaint management system.
11. Key person to conduct all risk assessment related to all plant processes and activity and work together with all colleagues from other department.
12. Key person to manage all environmental pathogen monitoring, water activity and other related activity as per Malaysian Food Act and other customer’s regulation.
13. Managing pest control activity in the plant.
14. Act as document controller for Port Klang North Port plant.
15. Supported other locations such as Cargill Australia, Cargill China, Cargill India and other location in terms of food safety and quality requirements.
16. Involved in validation studies in food safety and quality critical activities in the plants.
