Responsibilities

• Measurement of quantities and prepare cost estimates for wet trade and tiling works for both tender and ongoing projects.
• Liaise with vendors and sub-contractors for quotations.
• Prepared and submitted monthly progress claims and variation orders to main contractors.
• Manage and resolve contractual issues, claims, and disputes related to cost, delays, or scope changes
• Attended project meetings as required to support coordination and reporting.
• Managed administrative tasks including application, renewal, and cancellation of work permits, as well as maintaining daily attendance records
• Handled basic accounting functions, including payroll processing (bi-monthly salary calculations for workers and staff), bank transfers, and payslip preparation.
• Managed statutory submissions such as CPF contributions and GST reporting (monthly preparation and quarterly submission to IRAS).
• Prepared and issued tax invoices.
• Tracked and calculated project expenditures to support cost control and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Tender analysis and document submission.
• Measurement of quantities and cost estimation for architectural and structural work elements for both tender and on-going projects.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claim and variation order to consultant.
• Call quotations and make price comparison. Prepare work order/purchase order.
• Prepare payment certificates and do final account statement for subcontractor claims.
• Attendance to project & site meeting.

Responsibilities

• Make bar bending schedules (BBS) according to structural drawings for factory order.
• Give work order to workers by drawing sections and plan by the use of Auto-CAD.
• Prepare monthly progress report and progress claim to consultant.
• Check all new drawings for variation works.
• Control documents and calculate time cards for worker salary.
• Main portions are swimming pool, E deck, boundary wall, car park, town house, ramp, linkway, V.O etc.

• Undertaking of Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimating and preparation of Quotation
• Estimating for early stage budgets and preparation for detail cost plan
• Calculation of material for main structure building, earth work, platform and culvert drain work, interlocking work, landscaping work for Aquatic Sports Centre.
• Drawing 2D Elevation and Cross-sectional drawings from layout plan drawings
• Responsible to attend site progress meeting and often visit the construction site for verifying of actual progress to report with power point presentation
• Any other duties as assigned.
