1. Promote and encourage the individuality, independence, self-respect, and dignity of residents.

2. Assist residents with daily activities including bathing,dressing and feeding.

3. Monitor vitals signs and report changes to IC nurse.

6. Develope and maintain good relationships with residents’ relatives, as well as with outside organizations and professional colleagues.

2. Prepared anaesthesia medications and airway equipment.

3. Conducted pre-operative patient assessments.4. Monitored patient vital signs during and after surgery.

5. Ensured sterile techniques and infection control in the operating theatre.

6. Performed the role of Circulating Nurse during surgical procedures , providing comprehensive support to Surgeons and Instrument Nurses and ensuring all intra-operative requirements were met.

1. Provided care for post-cardiac surgery patients in CICU.

2. Monitored vital signs, intake and output, and patient conditions.

3. Assisted with mechanical ventilator preparation and airway care.

4. Administered medications as prescribed by physicians.
