Passionate and driven, I possess a lifelong fascination with aviation, which has propelled my journey from childhood curiosity to professional pursuit. Equipped with a Diploma in Aviation Management, I have honed my expertise in subjects such as Aerodynamics, Aircraft Systems, and Aviation Regulations.

My educational journey at Republic Polytechnic laid a sturdy groundwork for my career, complemented by a transformative internship at Singapore Aerotech Resource Centre. Here, I immersed myself in diverse roles and tasks, fueling my passion for aviation through hands-on projects and collaborative problem-solving.

Throughout this experience, I expanded my skill set and deepened my industry knowledge, fostering a profound appreciation for the multifaceted nature of aviation. My internship was not merely a professional endeavor but a journey of growth, mentorship, and discovery, shaped by the center's collaborative and innovative environment.

Now, armed with rich experiences a diverse skill set , I am eager to embark on the next chapter of my career. Eager to leverage my passion and expertise, I am seeking opportunities that align with my dedication to aviation and offer avenues to contribute meaningfully to the industry's evolution.

Singapore Aviation Academy Open House, 07/03/2024 - 09/03/2024

• Participated in the Singapore Aviation Academy (SAA) Open House, organized by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), from 7th to 9th March.

• Represented Aviators IG, one of the IHL partners, at the event.

• Participated in guided tours of SAA's training facilities, including interactive activities and talks. Had the opportunity to visit the immersive 360-degree Air Traffic Control Tower simulator, a highlight of the event.

• Played a key role in executing the drone flying activity, engaging visitors of all ages., Taught drone operation techniques to visitors, ranging from children to adults.

• Provided guidance on operating drones via mobile phones and navigating through obstacle courses., Engaged and explained to visitors who enquired about the Drones, Aviators Interest Group (AIG) and my course; Diploma in Aviation Management, at the same time promoting both my course and the interest group for parents.

• Received positive feedback and witnessed significant visitor engagement throughout the three-day event.

Singapore Aerospace Technology and Engineering Conference, 21/02/2024

• Singapore Aerospace Technology and Engineering Community, held in conjunction with the prestigious Singapore Airshow, is jointly organized by the Republic of Singapore Air Force, Air Engineering and Logistics Department (RSAF, AELD) and the Singapore Institute of Aerospace Engineers (SIAE).

• Leveraged social media platforms, notably Instagram and LinkedIn, to enhance SATEC's online presence and effectively promote events to target audiences.

• Assisted conceptualizing and crafting visually appealing promotional materials, including posters, to convey event information and generate excitement among attendees.

• Collaborated closely with fellow committee members, providing support and assistance to ensure successful outcomes.

• Demonstrated unwavering attention to detail across all stages of event preparation and implementation.

• Managed logistical tasks, including the preparation of attendee materials such as cards and gift bags, ensuring a smooth event experience.

• Contributed actively on event day, facilitating registration, guiding attendees, and providing essential manpower support to ensure operational efficiency.

EDUtech_ASIA in Singapore, 09/11/2023 

• Represented Singapore Aerotech Resource Centre (SARC) at EDUtech_ASIA, showcasing proactive engagement and representation.

• Had the opportunity to visit over 100 booths, exploring and seeking suitable educators and edtech providers who can provide SARC an E-Learning platform and online interface for their courses.

• Actively pursued partnerships by initiating conversations with over 20 booths, establishing valuable connections for potential collaboration.

• Successfully exchanged name cards and contacts with exhibitors, fostering networking opportunities for future endeavors.

• Demonstrated proactive follow-up by contacting companies post-event, highlighting commitment to collaboration and partnership development.

• Orchestrated online meetings with selected companies to negotiate collaboration terms, showcasing effective communication and negotiation skills.

• Secured meetings with multiple companies and obtained free trials of their software, showcasing effective negotiation skills and resourcefulness in acquiring resources for SARC's objectives.

Industrial Transformation ASIA-PACIFIC 2023 (ITAP 2023), 18/10/2023

• Represented the Singapore Institute of Aerospace Engineers (SIAE), actively contributing to organizational initiatives and outreach efforts.

• Collaborated with colleagues to produce a compelling promotional video aimed at increasing awareness and engagement for the International Aerospace Technology and Equipment Exhibition (ITAP) 2023.

• Participated in an exclusive delegate tour organized for SIAE members, experiencing firsthand exposure to the latest advancements and networking opportunities within the aerospace industry. This immersive experience proved invaluable for professional development and knowledge enrichment.

• Played a role in showcasing Singapore Institute of Aerospace Engineers'(SIAE) flagship event, the Singapore Aerospace Technology and Engineering Conference (SATEC), elevating its visibility and relevance within the industry.

MRO Asia-Pacific 2023, September, 26/09/2023 - 27/09/2023

• MRO Asia-Pacific is the largest conference and exhibition in the region dedicated to the aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) market. It brings together top airline and government maintenance officials, maintenance and safety experts, and suppliers who serve the industry.

• Represented Singapore Aerotech Resource Centre (SARC), acting as a liaison between the organization and key stakeholders including Airbus, ST Engineering, Honeywell SIAEC, and numerous others.

• Spearheaded efforts to promote SARC's extensive training programs tailored for Licensed Aircraft Engineers and Licensed Aircraft Technicians, enhancing awareness and fostering collaboration within the aviation industry.

• Leveraged networking opportunities at the event, including actively promoting the Singapore Aerospace Technology and Engineering Conference (SATEC) to exhibitors. Successfully fostered partnerships and facilitated communication channels for potential speakers, extending invitations to submit call for papers for consideration in SATEC's program

• I would like to extend my gratitude to Mr. Nicholas Tan for imparting invaluable sales techniques, particularly in effective staging, enhancing my ability to promote SARC's offerings adeptly during events and in day-to-day interactions.

• Successfully cultivated professional relationships by collecting and exchanging name cards with numerous companies, facilitating ongoing connections and collaborations.

• Strategized, developed, and executed a comprehensive marketing plan aimed at promoting our project, leveraging a mix of traditional and digital channels to maximize outreach and engagement.

• Crafted a detailed business plan outlining sales strategies and revenue projections for the items collected, ensuring a clear path to profitability and sustainability.

• Proactively sourced unwanted second-hand items from individuals through targeted outreach efforts and community engagement initiatives, effectively building a robust inventory for resale.

• Demonstrated exceptional leadership skills by inspiring and motivating a team of 5 dedicated volunteers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment that enabled each member to excel in their roles.

• Successfully generated a net profit of $300 through strategic sales initiatives and efficient cost management, with proceeds donated to Epworth Charity to support their impactful community programs and initiatives.
