Duties: Building Architectural & Structure, Road & Drainage, RC Retaining Wall & Sheet Pile
*Study all related consultant’s construction drawing to
identify discrepancies and possible interfacing
issues that may affect design intent and site work.
*Study and check & coordinate any clashing or design
issues with other related structures and M&E
services.
* Assisting the design coordinator for preparation of
RFI
* Preparation of Capping beam setting out &
coordination with the sheet pile subcontractor for the
sheet pile setting out and levels.
* Preparation of concrete body plan shop drawing for
water feature & coordinate with the subcontractor for
the filtration system and pipe penetrations.
* Preparation of clash detection using NAVISWORK
* Preparation of shop drawing for consultants’
approval.
* Attend meeting with coordinators, site staffs &
consultants.

Duties: Precast Facade
* Propose and prepare shop drawings for Setting out/
Elevation & Sections of Precast Façade Panels
* Propose panel profile for Subcon to follow.
* Propose Connection Details and waterproofing

Prepare precast quantity and volume
* Interpret and identify discrepancies in architectural,
structural and other consultant drawings that will
affect Precast plans
* Response and request for RFI
*Attend meetings with Coordinators & site staff.


Duties: Wall Setting Out & Landscape
* Preparation of shop drawings for landscape setting-
out & wall setting-out.
* Interpret and identify discrepancies in working
drawings from Architectural, Structural, M&E and
other consultant drawings that will affect plans
* Response and request for RFI
* Attend meetings with Coordinators & site staff.


Duties: Internal Precast Wall Team
* Preparation of shop drawings for PC Wall Setting out
and Steel Stiffener layout.
* Preparation of quantity of materials
* Interpret and identify discrepancies in architectural,
structural and other consultant drawings that will
affect PC layout
* Response and request for RFI
* Attend meetings with Coordinators & site staff.
