  • Lead Project Ninja which offered digital marketing using real-time analytics and targeted offers

  • We partnered with Paykey and enhanced our mobile app to integrate Balance inquiry and Payment features on the mobile Keyboard
  • The customer can do a payment with the SC Keyboard while chatting on their favourite social media platform without launching the mobile app
  • We developed a gateway component to bridge the keyboard banking flow to the banking app
  • The SC Keyboard was integrated with SC Mobile which was implemented in 9 Africa markets and Hong Kong
  • This innovative tool allows consumers and users alike to reap the benefits of the bank’s offered financial services without having to open the banking application on their electronic devices
  • Lead Apple Pay In-App Provisioning for Singapore and UAE
  • First bank in Singapore & UAE to launch Apple Pay provisioning directly from the bank mobile app, and Singapore is also the first market in the Group to enable this capability
  • Extensively worked with Vendor for the development and delivery
  • Partnered with Apple for testing and rollout of application
  • Lead DataLocker Program from inception to closure
  • My team was a pioneer in delivering microservice for Digital channels
  • Domain-Driven Design was adopted for developing these services
