Served my vocation as an Admin Support Assistant (ASA) post BMT in the training branch of BMTC School IV Headquarters in Pulau Tekong. It was a stay in unit. Subsequently, I stepped up and volunteered to help out as a Company Quartermaster (CQ) as one of the companies lacked manpower. My takeaway skills I brought home from my NS journey was the planning and organising of meetings, excel documentations, scribing, accounting of all store equipments, organising equipments for all 256 recruits, which includes cleaning and oiling of equipments after every high-key event. Sacrificing off-days and weekends for duties.

Additional Information

I try to stay fit and active as I have been a member of a boxing gym since 2018. I also represented my Secondary school CCA's Track & Field but unfortunately only made it to the semi-finals. I was also in my school's squash team. I also play badminton, soccer and calisthenics when I have time. In my year 1 of Polytechnic I was also part of the Engineering Studies Club where I took the role of a facilitator and assisted my club with events. I even got selected for the Temasek Foundation Specialists Community Action and Leadership Exchange (TF-SCALE) in June 2024 where I took a leadership responsibility to represent not just my school but my country to show what we have to offer. It is a 4 week programme where half of it was in-bound in June 2024 and the other half, out-bound to Thailand, Bangkok in September 2024.
