As a Volunteer Instructor with Red Cross, I excelled in fast-paced environments, balancing independent work and teamwork. Key roles included Media Second-In-Charge for World Red Cross Day, Creative and Media team member for Linkamania, and Emcee for the Awards and Promotion Ceremony. With strong organizational and time management skills, I effectively managed multiple projects, adapted to new challenges, and even mentored cadets for events like the Gold Modular Workshop and Disaster Risk Reduction Competition. My passion for learning drives me to take on new roles, continually improving while managing flexible hours across nights, weekends, and holidays.

I developed strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues by maintaining open lines of communication and fostering a supportive learning environment. I also maintained accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavior to facilitate ongoing communication with parents about their child''s educational journey. I identified struggling students early on and provided additional support through tutoring sessions and modified lesson plans. I did my absolute best to accommodate diverse learning needs, ensuring each student had an equal opportunity for success.
