  • In my last internship, i was observed and learned to do things as an enrolled nurse with observation of the nurses
  • I was able to do skills independently like changing of diapers, showering paitent, taking of vital signs
  • Other skills done with observations were such as, inserting IMC/IDC, BGM,changing of wound dressing, etc.

  • As it was my first internship i took this opportunity to learn as much as i could from the nurses.
  • I did skills like taking paitents vital signs, assisted showering, sponging, assisted feeding, NGT feeding, assist admitting patient, draining of IDC, death procedure.
