I am highly organized and detailed oriented with the proven ability to multi- task as well as prioritize. Being independent and self-motivated, I enjoy the challenges that come from working with horses early on in my adult life and moving to the fast pace world of E-commerce logistics. I am a quick and willing learner who understands the importance of continuous improvement as well as the development of strong working relationships with colleagues and partners alike.

• Supervised a team of up to 5 Full Time staff and a constant rotation of Part Time staff.
• Collaborated with a team of 5 in the development and implementation of Decathlon's Digital Transformation Project.
• Designed and implemented the operational Omnichannel model for Decathlon Singapore which resulted in significant improvement in our Click & Collect promise. ( from 24hrs to 2hrs)
• Collaborated with delivery partners to implement time-slot and same-day deliveries.

• Participated in several guest commentaries on live TV for the Singapore Turf Club on Race days.
• Volunteered at the Equal Ark - Equine Therapy for kids and the elderly.
• Overseas work experience in New Zealand for 3 months working with horses in a racing yard.
