Attaining a Specialist Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering; this has equipped me with knowledge in areas such aircraft maintenance (mechanical and electrical), air law and human factor. Striving to ensure aircraft is fit to fly ensuring safety of everyone on board, keeping safety as a priority during maintenance work. The Bachelors Programme in Global Logistics has taught me about multiple supply chain operations, designing the supply chain and improving the supply chain to adapt to the trends in markets. This would be an asset; where I could contribute my skills, knowledge and experience to a company that will give me an opportunity to develop my career. I am willing to learn new things at the shortest possible time. I seek to extend my capabilities by working with an employer that will support my personal development and knowledge in various fields.

Transport Operations Supervisor

- Achieve the KPI for all the hub's Logistics operations
- KPI- Delivery On Time (DOT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Report on the hubs that has not hit the KPI for the previous day during meetings
- Going through with our service provider how to plan driver route, organizing and controlling the daily warehouse operations
- Teach the service provider and the drivers how to use the automated software to plan drivers route, and to deliver loads
- Creating a supervisor account as to oversee all the service providers' operations
- Managing 6 different transporter
- Create dispatch scanning sheet for transporters for a quicker and more accurate staging of items based on route
- Create re delivery jobs for drivers to carry out
- Working closely with store TL to receive feedbacks on our service providers, any changes in the store as to prepare our service providers for changes
- Communicating with TL on customer complaints and compliments
- Admin work such as, month end billing, missing and damage report
- Missing and damage report done once every two days

International Logistics Operation Supervisor

- Arrive to work earlier to upload manifest into VGS system provided by agents forwarding shipments to Singapore for airport clearance
- Check the value of all the shipment that is arriving to Singapore
- Instruct driver to leave the high value shipment in airport warehouse and bring back the invoice and AWB for permit declaration
- If necessary, follow drivers to clear shipment at Sats/Dnata when shipment count is plenty
- Ensure emails are all looked through and attended to if necessary
- Attend to walk in customers who wishes to forward documents/parcels to overseas
- Once shipment arrived at company, count the physical shipment and tele it with the manifest provided by the respective agents
- Break Bulk
- Prepare airway bill / Bill of Lading
- Scan barcodes of the physical shipment using a RFID scanner and verify it in the VGS system
- Segregate shipment for delivery for van and bike
- Create collection slip for van division and bike division to procced with the delivery
- Send verification report to the respective agent upon receiving the shipments
- If there is high value, call up consignee to inform the status about the shipment and what has to be done before delivering
- Send the authorization form to consignee for approval to proceed with permit declaration through the VGS system
- Support daily operations
- Once authorization form signed by consignee, send permit email to permit team to prepare a permit for the shipment to be cleared from airport
- High value shipments will be cleared the day after the permit is ready
- Manifest all On forwarding and local shipment and ensure it has been exported out for delivery to overseas
- Doing close off end of everyday
- Working closely with customer on them enquires
- Doing booking for customers when required.
