• Partner with outside vendors and consultants to develop and implement tailored, specialized training solutions
• In- charge for both the Site Safety Professionals, as well as training for supervision and management

• Delivery training to students for All (BSS- Bharat sevak samaj) safety courses

• Roles and Responsibilities:
• Monitor all operations for the upkeep of Safety and Health standards and stop any work / operation that:
• Do not comply with the safety and health procedures or instructions; or
• Would endanger life, property or environment

• Act as a secretary for daily vessel safety coordination committee meeting
• Carry out hot work & Confined space permit inspection on board ships in the shipyard physically and certify them based on the inspection
• Carry out atmospheric testing of compartments, tanks or pipelines for flammable vapour, oxygen level and toxic gases using gas meters / explosive meters
• Conduct In-house training, such as Gas meter, confined space; work at height training Investigate incidents/accidents to provide recommendations
• Perform site enforcement for HSE compliance and Conduct fire and evacuation drill
