Contract LTA DE182 – Enhancement of Loyang Avenue, Telok Paku Road, Nicoll Drive and Changi Coast Road at Contract Value of SGD 240 Million.

• Support the BIM Manager/Project Manager to develop and implement BEP for the
  assigned project(s).
• Execute BIM implementation processes as per agreed BEP.
• Responsible for managing and coordinating project BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement on all related BIM deliverables.
• Coordinate BIM workflows and processes across all project disciplines.
• Manage and maintain the central BIM model, ensuring version control and data integrity.
• Conduct regular BIM model reviews to identify and resolve coordination issues.
• Prepare and deliver BIM deliverables, such as BIM models, clash reports, asset data,
  3D visualizations, etc.
• Track and report on BIM progress and identify potential issues.
• Train and support project team members on BIM workflows and software.
  (j) Participate in project meetings and provide BIM expertise.
  (k) Other related project BIM uses implementation and their BIM deliverables submission
  activities.

The design and construction of Toh Guan, Jurong Town Hall and Pandan Reservoir stations and viaducts spanning 3.6 km at a contract value of $320.4 million.

• Coordination with Traffic consultant as well as Construction team/Civil Design Consultant/etc. for Traffic Diversion and Final Road reinstatement plan Development including any traffic related activities (TIA, etc.)
• Carry out Traffic Diversion approval process and coordination with LTA including PSR and safety submission
• Carry out Traffic Diversion related coordination with Authorities/Stakeholders
• Carry out Traffic Diversion Related Civil work design. (Drain Diversion, Retaining Wall) with coordination with Design Consultant, PE, etc.
• Coordinate with various government/utility agency for initial site clearance.
• Liaise with all agencies and authorities such as LTA, Town Councils, PUB, SPPG, SP PowerGas, NParks, Starhub & Singtel, M1 and etc to facilitate the work progress.
• Review, plan and schedule the site activities for diversion works.
• To coordinate with client/ consultants / QP (S)on any discrepancy on drawings or specifications.
• Conduct site inspection from time to time.
• Report on daily issues to Construction Manager.
• To coordinate subcontractor meeting for utilities work.
• To obtain approval and official submission from relevant authorities for any services diversion and traffic diversion within the work site.
• Managed paving, drainage, traffic control and roadway milling projects from start to finish.

• Prepare topographical maps used in all civil engineering projects;
• Verify the Registered Surveyor as built drawing whether it is reflect as per site condition;
• Prepare survey setting out plan, longitudinal section, and cross-section for submission;
• Prepare AutoCAD drafting of architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical and survey plan as well as as-build drawings;
• Draft Civil and Infrastructure project efficiently using AutoCAD Software to meet local and international design standards;
• Engineering plan detailing, sectional details, typical detailing, detailed shop drawing for all kind of engineering projects;
• Co-ordinate and execute the list of jobs to be detailed in accordance with the Superior instructions;NAVISWORK
• Ensure that detailing meets the local criteria / regulations and COP standard detailing;
• Check designs and details before submitting to client or authorities;
• Ensure that internal procedures are maintained and produce reports as required;
• Contribute to improve designs and detailing;
• Create, maintain and update drawings to ensure timely construction and should have the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings;
• Require visits to a job site in order to collaborate with engineers and surveyor;

• Periodically travel to site for site meetings, on-site measurement and data collection;
• Take off quantities and participate in private and public project tenders;
• Submitting NCE for All project when we starting the New Site.
• Assess and submit monthly progressive claim and recommend subcontractors' monthly progress payment.
• Supervision of Sewer diversion, Manhole work and water pipe diversion. (Open cut & jacking Method).
• Supervision of trial trench work to find an underground utility service.
• Supervision of RC drain and Road Works.
• Supervised reinforcement work & Concreting pouring works.
• Supervising of road rectification works and footpath construction works.
• Planning and monitoring daily progress.
• Daily, weekly and monthly progress submission.
• Prepare claim document and submission.
• Ensured timely completion and good quality of works.
• Preparation of Traffic Closure Plan (TCP) as per LTA Standard.
• Preparation of AutoCAD reports for Trial Trench as per LTA standard.
• Preparation of Combined Trial Trench Reports as per LTA Standard.
• Submission of Trial Trench Books as per LTA Standard.

• The preparation of Bills and Schedules of Quantities of materials, labour and services required in the construction and equipment of building, or engineering works.

• Resolving technical issues with employer's representatives, suppliers, subcontractors and statutory authorities.
• Quality control in accordance with CSIs/procedures method statements, quality plans and inspection and test plans, all prepared by the project management team and by subcontractors.
• Liaising with company or project purchasing department to ensure that purchase orders adequately define the specified requirements.
• Supervising and counselling junior or trainee engineers.
• Measurement and valuation (in collaboration with the project quantity surveyor where appropriate).
• Providing data in respect of variation orders and site instructions.
• Preparing record drawings, technical reports.
