- I have learnt how to work under pressure. On Tuesday and Saturdays when there were many orders, I had to adapt and maintained a calm composure.
- I also have to learnt how to communicate with my colleagues. The Kitchen and the Cashier crew have to communicate with each other on what needs to be cook so that there is little food wastage.
- I also have learnt how to be constantly aware of my surroundings. Needing to pay attention on what is chicken is out of stock and also taking the initiative to confirm with the manager when the Cashier crew is busy.
- I also have learnt to be detail and precise. The steps of battering in order to make sure quality chicken is served.
