Quantity Surveying & Tendering

• Tender Management: Conducted comprehensive studies of drawings and specifications for Town Council and HDB R&R tenders; successfully secured projects including MSCP Batch 62/65 and Woodlands Drive 75.
• Financial Reporting: Prepared progress claims, Provisional Sum (PS) reports, Master Programme and detailed costings to ensure project profitability.
• Claim Administration: Managed claim data sheets, organized photographic evidence, and secured formal approvals from consultants for payment milestones.
• Material Procurement: Calculated precise material quantities and managed timely orders to prevent site delays.

Project Coordination & Site Management

• Technical Documentation: Developed Method Statements (MOS), Material Approval Forms (MAF), work schedules, and safety documentation required for project execution.
• Site Supervision: Conducted bi-weekly site inspections to monitor progress, ensure workmanship quality, and provide detailed status reports to the Project Manager.
• Quality Assurance: Verified that all materials and on-site activities strictly adhered to technical specifications and consultant requirements.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Acted as a primary point of contact for consultants to obtain work activity clearances and approvals for completed stages.

• My professional experience includes working as a Valuation Engineer at a prominent Indian bank, which was governed by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI)

• As part of my experience, I have managed high-rise and low-rise projects under CMDA Chennai, focusing on daily work scheduling, site supervision, and quality control to ensure adherence to project specifications.
