Pharmaceutical )

1.Deployed as inplant contractor to AbbVie,

Pharmaceutical plant in Tuas Singapore to

support and handles their API & Bio warehouse

2.Manage the inplant headcounts and plan for

daily operations.

3.Ensure the warehouse operation compliance with GMP , GDP and GxP standards of AbbVie

warehouse (API & BIO).

4.Ensure compliance of safety regulations and

requirements accordance to Inplant's EHS policy.

5.Perform recieving of materials, consumables and solvent isotankers according to GDP standards.

6.Ensure proper storage of materials and according to designated storage locations with compliance to GxP.

7.Support material staging from warehouse to

clean room of manufacturing ( IPA& Spore Klein wipe down . Follows GMP and GDP for the material receiving and staging process fromwarehouse to clean room area and from clean area to warehouse.

8.Well verse with packing of temperature sensitive material ( labels, dry ice packing and types of date logger) for export shipments.

9.Ensure data integrity follows ALCOA, Log books records, all the documents with printed time and persons details on GR checklist , sampling checklist and log books.

10.Prepare transfer requirement for PO's in SAP to generate transfer orders.

11.Well verse with transaction codes in SAP systems and online learning/training compliance.

1.Supervised shipping and receiving, distributionand workplace safety

4.Ensure warehouse activities are carried out

efficiently and comply with safety standard and guidelines

Prepare inventory reports and participate in stock count
