In Japan, I was primarily engaged in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of financial infrastructure systems. Subsequently, I drove DX (Digital Transformation) development projects and facilitated cross-product deployment in Vietnam. Currently, based in Singapore, I am involved in proposing the implementation of DX solutions, managing projects for major banks, and supporting migration initiatives for financial sector clients.
Propose the implementation of DX solutions, managing projects for mega banks, and handling migration projects for financial clients in Singapore.
The main activities included:
1. Proposing the implementation of DX solutions (*1:AT/PRC) to local and Japanese financial institutions in Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
2. Acting as a PMO for preparing and attending the Disaster Recovery drills of mega banks on the actual event day.
3. Conducting proposal activities to secure migration projects.
4. Serving as a PMO for server patch application management for systems of Japanese financial clients based in Singapore.
5. Acting as a PMO for the migration of Japanese financial client systems from a data center to AWS in Indonesia.
6. Acting as a PMO for the migration of Japanese financial client systems from a data center to AWS in Malaysia.
*1:What is AT/PRC?
AI calculates credit evaluation scores for new loan applicants based on customer-managed data (*2).
*2:Age, family structure, annual income, presence of assets, history of repayment delays, loan defaults, etc.
Conducted DX development projects and expanding product offerings in Vietnam.
The main tasks include the following:
1. Ensuring the steady progress of DX development projects (*1:C-ACM development and *2:AT/PRC implementation) at local consumer financial institutions in Vietnam.
2. Formulating and executing measures to secure orders for expansion projects related to item 1 above and achieving revenue growth.
3. Expanding similar offerings to other consumer financial institutions beyond item 1 above and acquiring new customers.
4. Proposing IaaS services to Japanese mega banks based in Vietnam.
*1:What is C-ACM?
C-ACM is an electronic device (tablet) that allows end users to apply for loans.
It is equipped with a video function that enables end users to communicate with loan application support in real-time. If there are any uncertainties during the application process, users can clarify them immediately by speaking with support staff.
Additionally, C-ACM eliminates the need for manual application processes, reducing the risk of application errors.
Deploying C-ACM at 40 Vietnam Post Office locations will further expand the application points for users.
*2:What is AT/PRC?
AI calculates credit evaluation scores for new loan applicants based on customer-managed data (*3).
*3:Age, family structure, annual income, presence of assets, history of repayment delays, loan defaults, etc.
Performed migration from the data center to OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) due to hardware EOL.
The main tasks carried out include the following:
1. Create infrastructure design documents based on the high-level design document
2. Design the environment (Windows, Hulft, Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP))
3. Build the environment, including partial automation using Ansible
4. Conduct individual infrastructure testing and integrated infrastructure testing
Implemented automation of maintenance and operational tasks using Ansible.
The main tasks carried out include the following:
1. Selection of maintenance and operational tasks for automation
2. Automated the following maintenance tasks using Ansible:
2-1. Disk expansion (pre-expansion backup, extension of Disk/Volume Group/Logical Volume, etc.)
2-2. Disaster Recovery training (starting and stopping OS/software, obtaining and comparing service/process status before and after tasks)
2-3. OS patch application (service startup after patch application)
2-4. Deployment of configuration files (file distribution and non-degradation checks)
Designed, built, tested, and released the following open-source tools for log analysis of the securities system infrastructure.
1. Kibana
2. Elasticsearch
3. Fluentd
Executed data center-to-data center migration as part of hardware upgrades.
Primarily responsible for the following tasks related to operational design, construction, testing, and release:
1. Understanding the design details of the current system
2. Job design and development
3. System monitoring design
4. Script design and development (rewrote shell scripts from Bat to Bash due to OS change)
5. System operation testing
6. System release coordination
Performed maintenance, operation, and enhancement tasks for a securities system infrastructure. Key responsibilities included the following:
[Maintenance and Operation]
1. Disk expansion (system area, database area)
2. OS patch application
3. Disaster recovery training
4. OS and software configuration changes, with non-degradation verification
[Enhancements]
1. Implement Perl scripts for monitoring the availability of application servers
1. Responded to inquiries from in-house front-end engineers regarding the following operating systems.
2. Conducted reviews of OS design content in accordance with internal design guidelines.
・Windows
・Red hat enterprise linux
・VMware
