Propose the implementation of DX solutions, managing projects for mega banks, and handling migration projects for financial clients in Singapore.
The main activities included:

1. Proposing the implementation of DX solutions (*1:AT/PRC) to local and Japanese financial institutions in Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
2. Acting as a PMO for preparing and attending the Disaster Recovery drills of mega banks on the actual event day.
3. Conducting proposal activities to secure migration projects.
4. Serving as a PMO for server patch application management for systems of Japanese financial clients based in Singapore.
5. Acting as a PMO for the migration of Japanese financial client systems from a data center to AWS in Indonesia.
6. Acting as a PMO for the migration of Japanese financial client systems from a data center to AWS in Malaysia.

AI calculates credit evaluation scores for new loan applicants based on customer-managed data (*2).

Conducted DX development projects and expanding product offerings in Vietnam.
The main tasks include the following:

1. Ensuring the steady progress of DX development projects (*1:C-ACM development and *2:AT/PRC implementation) at local consumer financial institutions in Vietnam.
2. Formulating and executing measures to secure orders for expansion projects related to item 1 above and achieving revenue growth.
3. Expanding similar offerings to other consumer financial institutions beyond item 1 above and acquiring new customers.
4. Proposing IaaS services to Japanese mega banks based in Vietnam.

*1:What is C-ACM?
C-ACM is an electronic device (tablet) that allows end users to apply for loans.
It is equipped with a video function that enables end users to communicate with loan application support in real-time. If there are any uncertainties during the application process, users can clarify them immediately by speaking with support staff.
Additionally, C-ACM eliminates the need for manual application processes, reducing the risk of application errors.
Deploying C-ACM at 40 Vietnam Post Office locations will further expand the application points for users.

Performed migration from the data center to OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) due to hardware EOL.
The main tasks carried out include the following:

1. Create infrastructure design documents based on the high-level design document
2. Design the environment (Windows, Hulft, Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP))
3. Build the environment, including partial automation using Ansible
4. Conduct individual infrastructure testing and integrated infrastructure testing

Implemented automation of maintenance and operational tasks using Ansible.
The main tasks carried out include the following:

1. Selection of maintenance and operational tasks for automation
