• Perform product & pricing surveys to understand consumer needs and trends
• Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, and product launch
• Execute Seasonal Buy Concept Boards accordingly to the brands' directions
• Develop and maintain pricing tools (i.e. Pricing Factor Table) and profitability models
• Oversee Product Launch schedules and ensure timely execution of launches
• Review and provide recommendations on shortlisted products
• Work closely with Design and Procurement team and provide necessary briefings when required
• Finalised Retail Sale Prices (RSP) of products
• Participate in Seasonal Buy Conferences
• Perform Order quantity submission of new products
• Assist to resolve and rectify shipment sample issues
• Oversee the planning and implementation of merchandising strategies
• Prepare PUSH purchase budget summaries, and presenting them to the relevant stakeholders
• Collaborating with the marketing department to brainstorm new projects, campaigns, and business ideas
• Coordinate Merchandise Planner and Merchandisers in managing all orders and shipments in an organised and timely manner
• Oversee the Pricing team on its output and recommendations
• Analyse merchandising issues and providing solution proposals to Chief Marketing Officer
• Ensure flawless execution so as to avoid merchandising risks
• Manage scheduled timeline and processes ensure the team is delivering accordingly
