· Review the drawings, design, plan for the mechanical works as per the technical specification, contracts and as per the project requirement.

· Design & Engineering works for HVAC system and co-ordination with Supplier and Consultant for necessary material approval.

• Project Name:-HVAC Works for IACCS Project at Indian Air Force Station Vadsar, Gandhinagar (Client: Bharat Electronics Ltd)
• Responsibilities:
• Review the drawings, design, plan for the Electrical and mechanical Installation works as per the technical specification, contracts and as per the project requirement.
• Estimate & Scope MEP trades during pre-construction.
• Responsible to completion of Entire E&M works from installation and testing commissioning till handing over to the client.
• Manage & lead MEP Sub-Contractors throughout during of the Project (from Groundbreaking through commissioning & turnover to owner).
• Evaluation of vendor, Technical proposal, preparation of technical specification and BOQ, Drawing schedule etc.
• Interfacing between the client, consultant and designated system wide contractors.
• Assist Scheduling Department with developing detailed Schedules for all MEP installation activities, including cost & resource loading.

• Project Name: -1. SITC of MEP works at Vendome Palace Mall at Lusail City (Doha Qatar)
• 2. Doha Festival City Mall at Doha Qatar
• Responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate installation activities, material procurement and other related activities with Project Manager & Field Staff.
• Communicate progress and prepare appropriate report as needed.
• Plan & execute MEP (i.e. HVAC, Electrical, Fire-Fighting & Plumbing) activity and prepare system for Commissioning.
• Causes & Effects Matrix: Integration of Fire Alarm system with MEP equipment as well as other (i.e. Lift, Escalator, Doors etc.)

• Project Name: - 1. SITC works of 10000TR District Cooling Plant & 5000TR Thermal Energy Storage Tank at GIFT City Gandhinagar
• Responsibilities:
• Installation, Testing & Commissioning of all the HVAC Piping works upto 1400mm Dia MS Chilled Water Pipe & Thermal Energy Storage Tank(13rmt Height x 20rmt Dia) for District Cooling Plant.
• Close monitoring & Inspection for SMAW & GTAW at various level such as Fit-up, Root, Fill-up & Final. Which also includes NDT & Radiography test.
• Close coordination with the client/consultant/contractors to achieve the targets. Verifying the quantity take off from drawing.
• Informing the area of concerns major outstanding issue to construction/Project manager at Head /Site office.
• Conducting the material and work inspection & obtaining approval for the same.
• Preparing and submitting the project progress report on daily/weekly/monthly basis for monitoring the execution of project in line with construction program.
• Site Planning and executing the works as per construction program.
• Preparing material requisitions and follows up with purchase department for delivery of materials.
• Testing/inspection of material at manufacturer’s factory before despatch at site.
• Preparation of bill, measurement sheet and quantity variation of project after getting GFC and final design drawings and its approval from concern authorities.
