• Handling of hydraulic system for loading, unloading during shipment and commissioning of tool.

• Leading a team of Technical Officers in performing tasks in compliance with relevant procedures and instructions comply with and exercise safety at all times in accordance with all Safety Procedures
• Operate safely and efficiently all Signal Measuring, Test Equipment, Instruments and Tools
• Perform tasks in compliance with relevant procedures and instructions contained in Quality Procedures, Work Specifications, Work Instructions, Signal Standing Instructions, and any relevant change instructions disseminated
• Comply with and exercise safety at all times in accordance to all Safety procedures
• Responsible for the safety of self, peers at workplace; off and on trackside throughout working period
• Carry-out the role of PIC and PM duties and responsibilities
• Complete the necessary reports for the task at hand
• Carry out day-to-day monitoring of equipment performance and follow up where appropriate
• Ensure authorized access to Signal Equipment Rooms and Installation ensure good housekeeping in workplace.

• Perform the Assembling and Integration the type of wire bonding machines
• Perform modifications and changes on the wire bond tools for customer's special request
• Perform power up the tool after Machine integration, setup the optic and teaching heat block for align optic
• Perform align slider, indexer and input/output tray sensors
• Perform Parameter calibration and troubleshooting in case tool not working
• Failure analysis & implement new ideas in the equipment to enhance its performance
• Monitor the performance of the machine using Standard bonding chart & take appropriate corrective action when required.

• As an Engineering assistant Maintain the Quality Standard of Commuter Facilities
• Perform time based preventive maintenance on machines to reduce repair time and to ensure high uptime
• Monthly servicing
• Assisting in documentation work for street lighting and commuters' facilities
• Failure analysis & implement new ideas in the equipment to enhance its performance
• Assembling & Testing of Panel Boards
• Perform Parameter calibration and troubleshooting in case of breakdown
• Preparing single line diagram and lay out for street light and CF in auto cad
• Calculating the lux illumination prior to submission.

• As an Engineering technician maintain the whole Plant Electrical Equipment's
• Testing, Troubleshooting, Repair and Handle Projects such Electrical circuits & Mechanical modifications
• Scheduling, Assist Engineer to do daily yield Reports, equip report, Eng lots Qual update, to Customer
• Follow-up the incomplete breakdowns and prepare the require spare items
• Prepare the Hard copy and softcopy Documents for Follow-Up items, new spares substitution items, PM check list and Daily work Reports
• Monitoring, Preventive Maintenance, Calibration & Performance check for Equipment's
• Carry out predictive and preventive maintenance work in line with DuPont's best practices and ISO requirements.

• Manufacturing of Common Meter Reading Instrument, Meter Reading Terminal, and FEMCON (Feeder Energy Monitoring Control System)
• PC Board Soldering for Digital Signal Processor, Tripping, and Front-End Board
• Panel Board Wiring, Maintenance of Single Phase & Three Phase Motors
• Field Work at Gulbarga Electricity Supply Company (GESCOM) and Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited (KPTCL) for Installation Commission of Micro controller based FEMCON Unit in 110/66/33/11 KV SubStations.

• Testing of Distribution Transformers, Current Transformers, Potential Transformer, Insulators, Transformer Oil, Gloves and Assembling Core.

• Maintenance of Power Transformers, Batteries, Lightening Arresters, Circuit Breakers, Current Transformers and Potential Transformers

• Testing of Single Phase & Three Phase Energy Meters, Tri Vector CT Energy Meters, Relays, Metering Sets and all types of Measuring Electrical Instruments • Maintenance of Lead-Acid Batteries

• Erection of High Tension (HT) & Low Tension (LT)
