Learning & Development Job Scope:
- Act as instructional designer to design, develop and implement courseware

Organization Development Job Scope:
- Involved in Performance Management framework review with new set of competencies, rating scale and performance measurements
- Manage organisational surveys (e.g. Employee Engagement, Career Development & etc)
- Ensure healthy Employee Engagement Participation rates, analyse EE Survey results and implement action plans with managers to strive for better employee engagement
- Lead committee responsible for employee engagement activities aligned with Gallup
- Ensure that employees are well adapted to changes from change management projects
