Accomplishments

  • My operator has experienced a higher number of AOGs since the third quarter of 2022 due to supply chain and pandemic - related issues. The CFT addressed this situation by restructuring the PW1100G maintenance agreement. This restructure assisted the operator with increased fleet capacity and mitigated the A320neo aircraft AOG impact. The restructure generated additional business and reduced some business risks for Pratt & Whitney.
  • In quarter three of 2020, the CFT team successfully completed two major retrofits; LPT 3rd blade and Main Gearbox, which helped improve the dispatch reliability of the fleet.
